Archetype Coffee in Little Bohemia is again part of the 2019 Caffeine Crawl.

It’s time for another cup of coffee…or two…or three. Caffeine Crawl returns to Omaha and Lincoln July 13-14, with tours planned for Omaha on Saturday and Lincoln on Sunday. This marks the Caffeine Crawl’s second consecutive trip to Nebraska.

Omaha’s tours consist of 10 coffeehouses and one tea shop over four routes. Each route consists of 4-5 stops, each offering samples of special drinks. We have participated in two previous caffeine crawls and had an amazing time. Last year, daughter Steph and I had a blast together sampling drinks at some amazing places like Hardy and Dundee Double Shot. It was my first visit to Dundee and I fell in love with a couple of drinks there.

Lincoln’s two tours cover five coffeehouses and two tea shops on Sunday.

In the meantime, here is a breakdown of the routes (all routes are self-driving):

Omaha – Saturday:

Route 1: 8:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. This route begins at 8:45 a.m. at Dundee Double Shot( 118 N 50th St.). Other stops include Well Grounded with Reboot Roasting, MugLife Coffee, Myrtle and Cypress Coffeehouse, and the route ends at 12:15pm at Hardy Coffee Co.(Highlander) as a dual stop with Artemis Teas.

Route 2: 9 – 11:45 a.m. This route begins at 9 a.m. at Hardy Coffee Co. (Highlander – 2112 N 30th St.) as a dual stop with Artemis Teas. Other stops include Well Grounded with Reboot Roasting, Cups Cafe, and this route ends at 11:45 a.m. at Archetype Coffee(Little Bohemia location).

Route 3: 10 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. This route begins at 10 a.m. at Cups Cafe (1502 S 10th St. #100). Other stops include Archetype Coffee, MugLife Coffee, and this route ends at 12:15p.m. at Zen Coffee. While this is a self-driving route, it is also a good one for biking or jogging.

Route 4: 10 a.m. – 1:40 p.m.  This route begins at 10 a.m. at Hardy Coffee Co. (Benson location – 6051 Maple St.). Other stops include The Tea Smith, Dundee Double Shot, Myrtle and Cypress Coffeehouse. This route ends at 1:40 p.m. at Zen Coffee.

Lincoln – Sunday

Route 5: 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. This route begins at 9:30 a.m. at The Mill Coffee & Tea (800 P St #100). Other stops include The Coffee House, Meta Coffee Lab, Method Cycles & Craft House, Roasting Space – CoSpace, and this route ends at 1 p.m. at Green Leaf Tea Co.

Route 6: 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. This route begins at 9:30 a.m. at The Mill Coffee & Tea (800 P St #100). Other stops include The Coffee House, Meta Coffee Lab, Method Cycles & Craft House, Roasting Space – CoSpace, and this route ends at 1 p.m. at Green Leaf Tea Co.
