Since our Famous Blackstone Reuben is featured in the book we wanted to host a dinner highlighting the Blackstone Reuben and have Lisa and Tim Trudell out to co-host the event with their book. \nThe Famous Blackstone Reuben Dinner will be on Monday\, May 21st at Max & Joe’s Tavern & Tasting Room (enter via The Crescent Moon Alehouse). Tickets are $40 per person with limited seating available. \nTickets to the dinner include:\n– A four-course Reuben meal featuring a Reuben soup\, Reuben egg roll\, our Famous Blackstone Reuben\, and dessert. \n– A copy of Lisa and Tim Trudell’s book ‘100 Things to do in Omaha Before You Die’. Lisa & Tim will be at the dinner to talk about the book and sign your copy! \nSoda and tea are included with your meal. A cash bar will be available for beer and cocktail purchases. \nDoors will open at 6:30 pm with the first course served at 7 pm.\nThe menu is subject to change. No substitutions or refunds.

Tim and Lisa\, residents of southwest Omaha\, own the travel blog The Walking Tourists. Lisa was a travel professional for more than 16 years. Tim was a journalist at local papers for several years and is currently the photographer\, editor and author of the blog. When not traveling\, they love to continue to explore the unique areas of Omaha including their favorites\, the Old Market\, Benson and Dundee.
